Custom Retail and Logistics Solution Development on Dynamics 365 CRM Based on the complex requirements of Sales and Logistic, we developed a custom solution for sales and logistics on the top of CRM using CRM custom solution layer. We created Custom Entities and designed Process Work Flows using Out of the Box features and custom scheduled workflows for backend jobs. And Developed business logic using XRMToolKit for client and server side Operations and Used Microsoft XRM SDK to develop plugins to fire events like (Create, Update, Custom Workflows, Web Services call mainly to push and receive data to/from Dynamics AX and other applications). Master Data Integration between AX and CRM We used SSIS packages to integrate the master data from AX to CRM and CRM to AX. Most of the Packages executes on SQL Server Jobs. The Modules integrated are (Items, Inventory Dimensions, Stores, Sites, Warehouses, Payments Accounts, Journals Accounts, Cash Pools, Contacts, Users, Sales Orders and Invoices). Cases Management System Customize the Out of the Box Cases service of dynamics 365 CRM according to the ISO standards and designed the custom workflows to fully automate the customer services. Recruitment Website Integration with CRM To manage the recruitment on CRM we have created a custom solution on CRM and integrate it with recruitment website using SSIS. Website Shopping Cart Integration with CRM The shopping cart is integrated with CRM Retail, Appointments using SSIS and Web Services. Website and Shopping Cart Development and Integration An E-Commerce website developed in MVC.net. The website is including the Business Profile, Shopping Cart, Products Catalogue, Promotions, Banners Management, Users Profile, Users queries and tracking, Recruitment System and backend Control Panel. Integration with different Payment Gateways (PayPal, PayFort, Telr, Tabby, Tamara and Apple Pay). There are integrations with many other platforms like (Google Analytics, Facebook Pixels, Facebook Adds, SnapChat, Instagram, STC, WhatsApp).
